Terms and Conditions of The Rex Rooms

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all individuals who visit or engage with The Rex Room, whether through bookings, attendance at the venue, participation in events, or communication with staff or representatives. By accessing the venue or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Venue Access and Conduct

Access to The Rex Room is restricted to individuals aged 18 or over. Valid photographic identification must be presented upon request.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any guest who appears intoxicated, engages in disruptive behavior, or fails to comply with venue policies.
Dress code, guest list conditions, and booking requirements must be respected at all times.
The use of illegal substances or possession of weapons on the premises is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and police notification.

3. Bookings and Reservations

All table and venue bookings are subject to availability and may require a deposit or full prepayment.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee acceptance until confirmed by The Rex Room via written communication (email or messaging platform).
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to operational needs, capacity, or safety concerns.
Guests are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the booking details provided.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for any consideration.

4. Private Hire and Event Terms

For exclusive use of The Rex Room, a separate Private Hire Agreement may be required.
Full payment and signed confirmation may be requested to secure the date and services.
The client is responsible for their guests’ behavior and compliance with all venue rules.

5. Liability and Personal Belongings

The Rex Room and EdenCo Ltd accept no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought into the venue.
Guests are advised to make use of secure cloakroom services when available.
The Rex Room shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from services rendered or denied, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Use of Images and Recording

Photography and videography may occur on the premises during public or private events.
By entering the venue, guests consent to the potential inclusion of their image in promotional materials, unless stated otherwise in writing.
Requests for image removal can be submitted to enquiries@therexrooms.com and will be processed promptly.

7. Health & Safety

Guests must comply with all health and safety instructions provided by staff or displayed within the venue.
In the event of an emergency, evacuation procedures must be followed immediately.
The Rex Room reserves the right to amend operational procedures in accordance with legal requirements or public health guidance.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, design, and materials associated with The Rex Room remain the property of EdenCo Ltd or its licensors.
No logo, imagery, or written content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any concerns or complaints may be directed to enquiries@therexrooms.com and will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction described in section 10.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Amendments
The Rex Room reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be made available upon request and published in the latest version of this document.
